We will tell you when
your roof is fine.

Inspections, repairs and replacements across Boulder and Weld counties. Most roofs we look at after a storm need less work than the door-knocker told you they did.

45 min

A full inspection, with photographs and a written report you keep whether or not you hire us.

No charge

For the inspection and for storm damage assessment. We are not selling you the look.

Two warranties

The manufacturer covers the material and we cover the work. They are separate, and we will not tell you they are one number.

Water coming in now?

Call (555) 0177, or tell the assistant and it will take your address and number so someone can call you back — first thing in the morning if we are closed. Please do not go up on a wet roof to look.

What we do

Free roof inspection

No charge

A full walk of the roof with photographs and a written report: shingle condition, flashing, valleys, vents and the state of the decking where we can see it. Takes about 45 minutes and there is no charge and no obligation. You get the report whether or not you hire us.

Roof repair

from $450

Targeted work on a sound roof: replacing damaged shingles, resealing flashing and pipe boots, fixing valleys. Most repairs are done in a single visit. The starting price covers a small area; what a particular roof needs is settled at the inspection.

Roof replacement estimate

from $6.50 per square foot

A measured estimate for a full tear-off and replacement, walked through with you in person. Asphalt shingle starts at $6.50 per square foot; metal and tile cost more. Pitch, the number of existing layers, the condition of the decking and how hard the roof is to reach all move the number, which is why it is an estimate visit rather than a price over the phone.

Storm and hail damage assessment

No charge

After a hail or wind event we document the damage the way an insurance adjuster expects to see it: dated photographs, a measured diagram and a written summary you can submit with a claim. We do not file the claim for you and we cannot say what your carrier will cover, but the report is yours to use.

60 minutes on site

Starting prices only. What a roof costs depends on its pitch, how many layers are already on it, the state of the decking underneath and how hard it is to reach — none of which anyone can see from the street, which is why we do not quote over the phone.

After a storm

We document hail and wind damage the way an adjuster expects to see it: dated photographs, a measured diagram and a written summary you can submit with a claim. We do not file the claim for you, and nobody here will tell you what your carrier will pay — that is between you and them, and anyone promising otherwise is guessing.
